This is our Incell series screen; Incell screens are made slightly differently to normal (oncell) screens, in basic terms they combine the LCD panel and touch panel making fewer components to bond together during manufacturing - the end result is a bright, vivid display, fast and accurate touch response, thinner screen making for easier fitting and very high reliability.

Our Incell series screens go through strict quality control, and still come with our great lifetime warranty!

With our Incell series you are able to write the EEPROM data and restore TrueTone function without issue.

This screen is the basic version, this means that you will be required to move your home button, LCD bracket and top cables / earpiece from your old screen, this is a very easy job and doesn't require any soldering or specialist tools, it's a great screen if you're confident in taking your phone apart and want to save a bit of money by re-using some of your Apple components - some components are included such as the front camera bracket and earpiece mesh.

Need to return an item?

You can request a return by emailing us at sales@qubeelectronics.co.uk

We will email you back with instructions if a returns has been accepted.

All Items must be returned in the same condition they were received in, along with all packaging with no signs of installation or use. We suggest that you package the item properly and use a tracked delivery service, as we are not responsible for any loss or damage in transit.

Please contact our customer service team prior to returning items. All returns need to include your details, order number or proof of purchase so let us know which order to refund. Returns without this information will be rejected. We aim process return the day they arrive in but this can take 1-2 days for us to process the return, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays. We will email you a confirmation of your refund once its been processed. 

Incorrect Purchase:

If you have purchased an incorrect item, you can request a refund. The refund will be for the part only, not postage. A refund would need to be started within 30 days of the purchased item. If the item returned is not the same item that we have sent out, a refund will not be issued. If the item is not sent back in the same manner that it was sent out, a refund will not be issued. All Items must be returned in the same condition they were received in, along with all packaging with no signs of installation or use. Only unused items will be refunded.


Faulty goods:

Although faults are rare, they do unfortunately happen from time to time. If you think the part you have received from us is faulty please get in touch with us as soon as possible and our trained staff will help you troubleshoot any issues. If the part is faulty, we will discuss options for replacement or refund. If a return is required we would recommend a tracked delivery service, as we are not responsible for any loss or damage in transit and if the item is lost without tracking a refund would not be issued.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout - the price will depend on the method chosen, location, order value and if your order contains batteries.
