This configuration of the Soft OLED assembly is selectively sourced and is the the Best Available Quality (Q+), it is the exact same quality as the one found inside your phone already and includes features such as Retina display and Oleophobic fingerprint resistive coating.

All of our Q+ iPhone screens support advanced functions such as EEPROM programming and True Tone restore (if applicable) and include double-sided bonding adhesive as standard.

This screen also includes front camera bracket, proximity sensor and earpiece / top speaker to make installation easier.

Need to return an item?

We will email you back with instructions if a returns has been accepted.

All Items must be returned in the same condition they were received in, along with all packaging with no signs of installation or use. We suggest that you package the item properly and use a tracked delivery service, as we are not responsible for any loss or damage in transit.

Please contact our customer service team prior to returning items. All returns need to include your details, order number or proof of purchase so let us know which order to refund. Returns without this information will be rejected. We aim process return the day they arrive in but this can take 1-2 days for us to process the return, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays. We will email you a confirmation of your refund once its been processed. 

Incorrect Purchase:

If you have purchased an incorrect item, you can request a refund. The refund will be for the part only, not postage. A refund would need to be started within 30 days of the purchased item. If the item returned is not the same item that we have sent out, a refund will not be issued. If the item is not sent back in the same manner that it was sent out, a refund will not be issued. All Items must be returned in the same condition they were received in, along with all packaging with no signs of installation or use. Only unused items will be refunded.


Faulty goods:

Although faults are rare, they do unfortunately happen from time to time. If you think the part you have received from us is faulty please get in touch with us as soon as possible and our trained staff will help you troubleshoot any issues. If the part is faulty, we will discuss options for replacement or refund. If a return is required we would recommend a tracked delivery service, as we are not responsible for any loss or damage in transit and if the item is lost without tracking a refund would not be issued.
