360 degree view:
Your original device has a built in polarizer that allows you to view your screen with polarized sunglasses at any angle. Most cheaper screens only have 180 degree polarizers making them harder to see from some angles
Oleophobic coating
The manufacturer of your device installs an Oleophobic coating onto each screen, this allows your fingers to glide across the screen without interruption, the FX5 includes a Nano Oleophobic coating that repels dirt and gives a smooth feel with little friction.
Cold pressed frames
Although at Qube Electronics all of our iPhone screens are cold-pressed many cheaper screens from other vendors are not - this means that the glass can lift from the frame over time. All of our screens are individually cold pressed for 15 minutes to completely avoid this issue
Touch responsiveness
Q has improved video drivers, this allows your touch to be smooth and responsive.
Colour accuracy
Q uses additional colour gamut to improve tones. The Q goes beyond original and improves colours even further giving you deeper blacks, stronger reds, brighter whites and darker blues (compared to other LCD panels)

Need to return an item?
You can request a return by emailing us at sales@qubeelectronics.co.uk
We will email you back with instructions if a returns has been accepted.
All Items must be returned in the same condition they were received in, along with all packaging with no signs of installation or use. We suggest that you package the item properly and use a tracked delivery service, as we are not responsible for any loss or damage in transit.
Please contact our customer service team prior to returning items. All returns need to include your details, order number or proof of purchase so let us know which order to refund. Returns without this information will be rejected. We aim process return the day they arrive in but this can take 1-2 days for us to process the return, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays. We will email you a confirmation of your refund once its been processed.
Incorrect Purchase:
If you have purchased an incorrect item, you can request a refund. The refund will be for the part only, not postage. A refund would need to be started within 30 days of the purchased item. If the item returned is not the same item that we have sent out, a refund will not be issued. If the item is not sent back in the same manner that it was sent out, a refund will not be issued. All Items must be returned in the same condition they were received in, along with all packaging with no signs of installation or use. Only unused items will be refunded.
Faulty goods:
Although faults are rare, they do unfortunately happen from time to time. If you think the part you have received from us is faulty please get in touch with us as soon as possible and our trained staff will help you troubleshoot any issues. If the part is faulty, we will discuss options for replacement or refund. If a return is required we would recommend a tracked delivery service, as we are not responsible for any loss or damage in transit and if the item is lost without tracking a refund would not be issued.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout - the price will depend on the method chosen, location, order value and if your order contains batteries.
